Since joining the company in 1999, Mr. Takeuchi has served as a group manager of many departments, mainly in IT, but also in cost and sales management. He has also held the positions of General Manager, Director, and Executive Officer in the Planning and Sales Division and later as Director and Executive Officer of the Sales Division. In recent years, he has assumed the position of Director and Senior Executive Officer of the Marketing Division. 

Goal

To create a company where everybody across the region will think “when I need a CMO, I will call Bushu Pharma”.

Spanning the more than 20 years since 1998, Ms. Yamaguchi has gained experience in quality control / quality assurance and supply chain management of pharmaceuticals and investigational drugs, primarily at foreign-affiliated pharmaceutical manufacturers. Over the course of her career, she has been in charge of launching and overseeing a wide range of end-to-end business operations –helping shape the start-up period all the way through to the delivery of market-ready products ready to be sent to distributors. She has a wide range of experience and expertise, including CMO management and supplier management, through which she has been able to successfully ensure the market delivery of new products – all of which has helped her be successful in her current role.

Ms. Yamaguchi was responsible for separating out the functions of production planning, logistics, and material purchasing from the production and management departments, and setting up the supply chain management division as an independent department.

Mr. Iyama worked in the Manufacturing Technology division at Sandoz K.K. and Technical Service division at Novartis Pharma. He received Process Technology and QA training at SANDOZ USA from July 1988 to December 1989. After returning to Japan, he was in charge of building the second formulation building PJ and transferring products from Switzerland. In addition, he is mainly in charge of formulation technology work, such as improving the elution of existing products.

From 1999 to 2008, Mr. Iyama was in charge of introducing contracted items in manufacturing technology. Since November 2008, General Manager of Quality Division. As a project leader, he passed the inspection for the first FDA inspection in Bushu in 2010. After that, we proceeded with the construction and improvement of the quality system of Bushu Pharmaceuticals, which can respond to Global, including the inspection of multiple overseas authorities.
